Lifetime Warranty Policy for Apollo Therapy Lights:

 At Apollo Therapy Lights, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our machines. We offer a lifetime warranty on our products, ensuring that you receive the highest level of service and support throughout your ownership experience. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage : 

1. Duration : The lifetime warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the Apollo Therapy Lights machines for as long as they own the product.

2. Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

 

Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under the lifetime warranty:

1. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading, is not covered.

2. Water Damage: Any damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids is excluded from this warranty. 

3. Electrical Surges: Damage resulting from electrical surges, lightning strikes, or any other electrical irregularities is not covered.

7. Transportation Damage:  Any damage incurred during shipping to or from our facility is not covered. It is the responsibility of the customer to package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

Customer Responsibilities

1. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the machine for warranty service. This includes the cost of shipping the product to our facility as well as the cost of shipping it back to the customer after service.

2. Documentation: When attempting to file a claim for warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Once our team inspects the issue, a resolution will be given.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Upon inspecting your device, our technicians will assess the issue:

If the device is repairable;
• We will repair it at no cost for parts and labor (excluding shipping fees).

If the device is not repairable;
• We will replace it with a new or refurbished device of equal or greater value at no additional cost (excluding shipping fees).
